Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management: Oversee the social work team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
2. Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate programs to meet the needs of the community. Ensure programs are sustainable, effective, and aligned with best practices in social work.
3. Policy and Advocacy: Advocate for policies that support the well-being of clients and communities. Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and public forums.
4. Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to social work staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to professional standards.
Budget Management: Oversee the department's budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure programs are cost-effective.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

1. Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
2. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement social work programs.
6. Knowledge of social policies, ethical considerations, and community resources.
7. Experience in budget management and program evaluation.
8. Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice.
