Position Responsibilities
* Clinical Leadership: Provide medical oversight for our healthcare services, ensuring the highest standards of care for our senior residents. Lead the medical team in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
* Geriatric Expertise: Utilize specialized knowledge in geriatrics to address a wide range of medical issues affecting seniors, including chronic diseases, mobility issues, and cognitive impairments.
* Resident Care: Conduct regular health assessments, manage medication plans, and provide direct medical care to residents. Ensure a personalized approach to meet the unique health needs of each resident.
* Team Management: Supervise and mentor medical staff, including nurses and junior physicians. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to enhance service delivery.
* Health Education: Lead educational sessions for residents and staff on topics related to aging, wellness, and disease prevention.
* Innovation in Care: Stay abreast of advancements in geriatric medicine and healthcare technology. Advocate for the adoption of new treatments and practices that can improve resident outcomes.

* Medical Degree from an accredited institution, with a specialization in Geriatrics preferred.
* Valid medical license and board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics.
* Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Demonstrated expertise in geriatric medicine and comprehensive care for seniors.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a healthcare team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
