Position Responsibilities
* Program Development and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of public health programs aimed at disease prevention, health promotion, and health equity.
* Epidemiological Research: Conduct research on health trends, disease outbreaks, and the effectiveness of health interventions. Use data to inform public health strategies and policies.
* Health Education: Develop and deliver health education campaigns and materials to inform the public about health risks and healthy behaviors.
* Policy Advocacy: Advocate for public health policies that promote community health and safety. Engage with policymakers, stakeholders, and the community to advance public health goals.
* Community Engagement: Work closely with community groups, healthcare providers, and other organizations to identify health needs and develop collaborative public health initiatives.
* Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the public health team. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional development of the team.

Position Requirements
* Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution with a specialization in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field.
* Valid medical license.
* Experience in public health, preventive medicine, or a related area.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with epidemiological research.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Knowledge of current public health issues and evidence-based practices.
* Leadership experience and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
