Position Responsibilities
Conduct psycho-social assessments of new and existing residents
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families
Organize and lead therapeutic group activities
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for resident care
Accurately document and update resident records

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work - required
Valid social worker license - required
Minimum 3 years of experience working with the elderly population - a significant advantage
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Warm and empathetic approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
