Position Description
A non profit association is seeking a manager for an integrated day center for the elderly. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing and proper management of the day center, ensuring the physical and mental needs of the elderly citizens are met. This challenging and rewarding position requires a systemic vision, high management skills, and the ability to develop and drive new projects for the benefit of the elderly citizens. Position Responsibilities
Ongoing and proper management of the day center and its activities.
Compliance with welfare ministry controls and various quality audits.
Ensuring the physical and mental needs of all elderly citizens at the center.
Initiating and developing projects for the benefit of the elderly citizens.
Recruitment, integration, training, and ongoing management of the staff.
Management according to objectives and work plans.
Budget management.
Responsibility for quality management processes.
Marketing the day center in the community.
Developing community relations (local authority, welfare).
Ongoing work with external suppliers.

Position Requirements
Big thinker, systemic vision, attention to detail.
Proven high management capabilities, including budget management.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work.
Ability to learn and develop new treatment programs.
Project driving capability.
Flexibility in working hours.
Very good command of computer applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
