📌 Position: Caregiver / Ward Attendant
Locations: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
Duty: 12-hour shifts (Day & Night)

Position Summary
The Caregiver will provide day-to-day physical, emotional, and personal care to elderly clients in home and center-based settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist elderly clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Help with feeding and mobility support
- Monitor basic health conditions and report changes
- Support medication reminders as per care plan
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the patient’s area
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and care protocols of The Wisdom Club
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10th pass (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of elderly care / patient handling
- Ability to communicate politely and patiently
- Willingness to work in day/night shifts
- Compassionate, reliable, and service-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience as a caregiver, ward boy, ayah, or hospital attendant
- Training or certificate in Nursing Assistant / Caregiver course is an advantage
