Duty: 12-hour shifts (Day & Night)

Job Description (JD)

Position Summary

The Caregiver will provide day-to-day physical, emotional, and personal care to elderly clients in home and center-based settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing


• Help with feeding and mobility support


• Monitor basic health conditions and report changes


• Support medication reminders as per care plan


• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the patient’s area


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Follow all safety, hygiene, and care protocols of The Wisdom Club

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10th pass (or equivalent)


• Basic knowledge of elderly care / patient handling


• Ability to communicate politely and patiently


• Willingness to work in day/night shifts


• Compassionate, reliable, and service-oriented

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a caregiver, ward boy, ayah, or hospital attendant


• Training or certificate in Nursing Assistant / Caregiver course is an advantage
