Position Summary

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents and home care patients, ensuring their medical needs, safety, and comfort are met as per clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assess patient health conditions


• Administer medications and injections as prescribed


• Provide wound care, catheter care, and basic nursing procedures


• Assist doctors during rounds and medical visits


• Maintain patient records and daily nursing notes


• Respond to medical emergencies and escalate when required


• Ensure hygiene, infection control, and patient safety


• Guide caregivers on proper patient handling

Qualifications & Skills

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing


• Valid Nursing Council Registration


• Good communication and documentation skills


• Empathetic, patient-focused approach


• Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Experience

• Experience in elder care, hospital, home healthcare, or ICU


• Knowledge of chronic illness management and geriatric care
